  The customer's product is the car lamp. It is difficult to scan the lamp. Because many places on the lamp are transparent, and the laser of the scanner is transparent, it is difficult to scan.

two    Limitations of customers' current testing methods

  For this car lamp, the customer doesn't have any effective measurement means, and then the customer comes to us. We use hscan handheld 3D laser scanner to help them scan and measure. During the scanning process, we will spray white powder on the transparent part of the object, and through processing, present the data required by the customer completely, and submit the comparison results to the customer.

  Firstly, quickly paste the positioning mark point on the scanned air conditioner, spray the lamp with white powder, and then scan the tested part as a whole through non-contact three-dimensional laser scanning, and carefully scan the details. Finally, compare and adjust the obtained data, and make a test report.
