While we do not offer standalone product design services, we do provide manufacturing design reviews for all approved orders. This means we work with our customers to help them optimize their 2D and 3D drawings to improve manufacturability, resolve design conflicts, and reduce production costs.

In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. We must receive complete manufacturing information as part of this technical documentation.

We attach great importance to confidentiality. We will sign any confidentiality agreement with a rigorous and responsible attitude and strictly abide by the terms and conditions. We also implement a very strict confidentiality policy within the factory, which clearly stipulates that it is strictly forbidden to take photos of customer products in any form without clear and formal permission, so as to ensure that customer product information and related rights and interests are properly protected and firmly maintained in all aspects and at multiple levels.

No single set of tolerances fits all processes and materials. The final tolerances of your parts hinge on various factors, such as part dimensions, design geometry, feature details (number, type, size), materials, surface finish, and manufacturing processes. After your order is confirmed, we'll review the design and offer a manufacturing design review, pinpointing areas for potential modification to boost manufacturability. It'd be beneficial if you could identify the critical-tolerance areas and those that could be tweaked slightly to cut production time and cost. All manufacturing and technical specs must be clearly laid out in 2D drawings for our compliance.

We offer a wide variety of finishing services to give your parts nearly any look and feel. We offer services such as metal treatment, metal and plastic painting, and more.

Passivation is a treatment that changes the chemical properties of certain metal surfaces. We provide passivation services to prevent corrosion, improve durability, aesthetics, and more.

Honscn offers a wide range of secondary finishing options for your order including powder coating, anodizing, electroless plating, sandblasting, metal brushing and grinding. If you require a finishing on an item that Honscn does not manufacture, please submit pictures and request details via our quote form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In most cases, we respond within 1 hour of receiving an RFQ. If a quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Quality parts can be made in as little as two weeks if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex part requirements or other special features will take longer. Request a quote for a more accurate delivery time based on your project.

You can order any quantity from 1 part to 100,000 parts. For any special or bulk orders, please contact us for preferential pricing.
