The gear assembly includes five precision gears manufactured from aluminum and POM materials. Each gear is individually machined before being assembled with bearings to ensure precise meshing and smooth rotation.
To meet the customer's extremely tight tolerance requirements, Honscn adopted an innovative manufacturing process. Gear blanks were first produced on CNC lathes to achieve precise dimensions before gear teeth were cut using specially customized German hobbing tools. This process guaranteed accurate fitment and reliable performance throughout the complete assembly.
