    Specially designed for aerospace, medical equipment and precision instruments, non-standard custom screws support metric, imperial, American thread (M1-M24, UNC/UNF, NPT) and special tooth customization. Made of A2/A4 stainless steel, Ti6Al4V titanium alloy and SCM435 alloy steel, through cold heading + CNC turning process, ±0.01mm precision control is achieved, and 12 surface treatment solutions such as Dacromet coating and chemical nickel plating are provided to meet the reliability and durability requirements under extreme working conditions.
