Processing Inconel 600 is significantly more challenging than machining conventional stainless steel. During initial production, cold heading with smaller raw material resulted in surface cracking and dimensional deviations.
To overcome these challenges, Honscn optimized both tooling and machining processes by adopting larger raw material, precision automatic lathes, and CNC turning. This improved dimensional accuracy, eliminated surface defects, and achieved a high-quality finish suitable for demanding industrial applications.
