    Designed for high-complexity turning parts for precision transmission systems, fluid control devices and automation equipment, it supports turning and milling compound processing (5-axis linkage) and can process 72 geometric features such as internal and external threads, conical surfaces, spherical surfaces, etc. It uses 6061-T6 aviation aluminum, 316L medical stainless steel and PEEK special plastics, equipped with Swiss TORNOS CNC lathe + Renishaw probe system, achieving ±0.005mm tolerance accuracy, providing 15 surface treatment solutions such as anodizing and chemical nickel plating to meet the needs of medical clean rooms and industrial explosion-proof environments.
