Precision manufacturing process
  • Material control: 316L stainless steel containing 2.5% molybdenum is preferred, and ultrasonic flaw detection and chemical composition detection are carried out before storage
  • Processing process:
    • 5-axis CNC machine tool performs multi-process integrated processing, and the thread is cut by a single-point diamond tool
    • The knurling process uses a customized mold to ensure that the texture uniformity error is less than 0.02mm
    • The surface is polished by 800-2000 mesh sandpaper progressively, and finally achieves a mirror effect (Ra0.4μm)

  • Detection system: 100% dimensional detection (CMM three-coordinate measuring machine), 100% pressure test (no leakage after 30 minutes of pressure maintenance)
