Características del material de acero de mecanizado CNC
  • Alta resistencia y dureza: resistencia a la tracción de hasta 500-2000MPa (2-8 veces mayor que el de aluminio), adecuado para componentes estructurales de alta carga.
  • Dificultad de corte alto: necesita usar herramientas de carburo de tungsteno (como YW1/YW2), la velocidad de corte generalmente 1/3-1/5 de aluminio.
  • Control de deformación térmica: conductividad térmica baja (aproximadamente 45W/m ・ K), necesita un enfriamiento suficiente para evitar la deformación de la pieza de trabajo.
  • Tratamiento de superficie diverso: puede mejorar el rendimiento a través del enfriamiento, la carburación, la electroplatación, etc.
  • Diferencias de rendimiento de soldadura amplia: el acero inoxidable requiere alambre de soldadura especial, el acero de alta resistencia es propenso a la concentración de tensión después de la soldadura.
  • Estratificación de costos obvios: el acero al carbono ordinario (como el Q235) tiene el costo más bajo, el costo de material de acero de alta velocidad (como M2) puede ser más de 10 veces.

Analysis of aluminum material properties:
✔ Thermal treatment impact: 45 steel hardness increases to HRC55 after quenching, but tempering is needed to reduce brittleness; 65Mn requires quenching + medium temperature tempering to obtain HRC42-48 elastic modulus.
✔ Machining parameter differences: 12L14 cutting speed can reach 150m/min (ordinary steel 60-80m/min).
✔ SS410 suffers from severe work hardening, it is recommended to use CBN tools.
✔ Welding attention: 40Cr needs preheating at 200℃ before welding, and tempering after welding to eliminate stress. ✔ SS410 welding is recommended to use ER410 welding wire.
✔ Surface treatment compatibility: 45 steel is suitable for quenching + blackening treatment; 10B21 has surface hardness HRC58-62 after carburizing and quenching.

Steel material surface treatment process
◆ Quenching: improves hardness (HRC40-60), used for tool-type parts.
◆ Galvanizing: coating thickness 5-25μm, prevents atmospheric corrosion (such as outdoor steel structures).
◆ Chrome plating: coating thickness 0.2-0.5μm, improves wear resistance and gloss (hydraulic piston rods).
◆ Blackening treatment: generates Fe₃O₄ film, rust prevention + decoration (standard parts).
◆ Carburizing and quenching: surface hardness HRC58-62, core maintains toughness (gears).
◆ Powder coating: film thickness 60-100μm, provides corrosion protection and decorative effects (cabinet casings).
