Analysis of aluminum material properties:
✔ Thermal treatment impact: T6 state (solution + artificial aging) significantly improves strength, but reduces ductility; H32 (cold working + stabilization treatment) maintains good ductility.
✔ Machining parameter differences: 7075 cutting speed recommended ≤80m/min (6061 can reach 150m/min), need to use tungsten carbide tools.
✔ Welding attention: 5052 recommended to use AC TIG welding, 6061 needs heat treatment after welding to restore strength.
✔ Surface treatment compatibility: 2024 anodizing effect is the best, 7075 is recommended to first electroless nickel plating and then surface treatment.
